These terms cover the online finance application at finance.gbautosales.com and the text-message program that supports it. By using the site or replying to our texts you agree to them.
Text messaging program
- Program name: GB Auto Sales Finance Application Alerts.
- Description: Transactional and customer-care messages related to a finance application you started with GB Auto Sales: a link to resume your application, reminders if you stop before submitting, and replies to your questions. We also send internal alerts to our own staff.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies with your activity; typically fewer than five messages per application, and no more than three reminders.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts.

- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent
You consent to text messages by ticking the "Yes, text me updates about my application" box under the phone field on the first screen and continuing; the full consent wording is shown next to the box and is recorded with its version, date and time. You consent to calls and email by entering your number and continuing. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
The application
- Starting an application is not a credit application until you reach the secure step and authorize a credit review there.
- Vehicle matches and payment figures shown before that step are estimates for guidance only, not offers, quotes or guarantees of financing.
- Information you provide must be accurate. We may decline to proceed if it is not.
- Approval decisions are made by lenders, not by this website.
